  • Privacy Policy:

    • Privacy is our main priority, we enforce honor codes such as confidentiality. we will never share or sell any aspect of your information to a third party. our branded clothing and merchandise are shipped out directly from the warehouse in charlotte, NC at printful.com. you can be assured that you are safe buying from us or sharing ideas.

  • Shipping: ​U.S. & International shipping calculated at checkout​​

    • all handmade goods (soaps, candles, oils & body butters) by demand (made to order) & will be sent out via usps within 3-15 business days.

    • (International) all orders cost and speed, will be calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking status:

    • Tracking status can take up to 48 hours to update. When you receive an email with your tracking number, this indicates that your package has been dropped off at the post office. All Packages are insured with usps & if a package is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be put in with usps.

  • Drop offs:

    • ​This is not a public option. It applies to pre-arranged orders, that I have already confirmed A NY/NJ pick up/drop off with. 

    • Do not use this option, if we have not had mutual communication, Your order will be refunded & You will need to pay for shipping, please reach out via email feelincvnty@gmail.com

  • returns: ​

    • Due to the nature of our homemade items, we do not accept returns but always reach out to us, as each situation is different. for merchandise such as hats, clothes and such are currently fulfilled by printful made per order, so please make sure you are ordering the correct size.

  • ALLERGY DiSCLAIMER: ​

    • We list all of the main ingredients that we personally add to the Soap Base using the Melt & Pour Method, we can tell you the brand of Soap Base upon request: feelincvnty@gmail.com

    •  we list all of the  ingredients in totality for all of the homemade goods excluding  soap & our essential oil blends, upon request let us know your allergies and we can Confirm if anything you're allergic to is in our product: feelincvnty@gmail.com

    • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to our products. You should patch test any new product by testing a small area of skin and checking for irritation over a few hours.
